Who are we?

NEV Leasing is an independent vehicle leasing and fleet solutions broker based in Essex, serving businesses and individuals across East Anglia and nationally.

I’m Chris Harbutt – the founder of the business and bring over 30 years of experience across vehicle supply, leasing, fleet management, and EV operation, including over 10 years of real-world EV ownership to everything we do.

Alongside my son Ben who joined the business in March 2026 we are now building a family business together with deep industry knowledge a straightforward, consultative no-pressure approach that most people are telling us feels genuinely different.

We're not a call centre, or a comparison site, and we're not tied to any manufacturer or funder. We're just a family business that knows this industry well and believe it can be done better.
