FAQ's about ordering your vehicle

All the regular questions about ordering you new lease vehicle and what happens next !

What documents do I need ? 

To process your finance application we'll need some essential documents for credit and ID verification - these differ slightly for private individuals and business customers 

• Private customers:

  • Full UK driving licence [ photo ID card type ]
  • Proof of address [ recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days
  • [ Please note a mobile phone bill is not an accepted form of ID for the funder ] 

• Business customers: 

  • Company registration details
  • Latest financial accounts and potentiall recent bank statements
  • Director ID and proof of address [ driving licence and utility bill ]
  • [ Please note if audited account are historic the funder may request more recent financial management information ] 

The above items should be uploaded to our customer portal - a link to this and your sign in details is provided within the email containing your vehicle quotation. 

When will my first payment be taken ? 

Your initial rental payment is collected shortly after you take delivery of your new vehicle and by direct debit from the same account as was included in the application. 

• With the exception of the Vehicle Ordering Processing Fee [ £240 + VAT ] no payments are taken before delivery unless specifically advised. 
• After delivery the finance company usually takes the initial rental payment within 5-10 days 
• All subsequent payments are taken by monthly direct debit - selected finance companies give you options for the actual date for the direct debit . 

Can I order multiple vehicles ? 

Yes - whether for other members of the family or a fleet of vehicles we can assist 

• Business customers - we can consolidate multiple vehicles into one managed solution - saving you time and money on your company vehicles. We can offer additional service such as single provider maintenance contracts [ even if multiple funders are used ] ... intelligent vehicle and driver management solutions ... fuel or EV charging cards and spot rental services. 
• Personal customers - we can arrange separate finance agreements but negotiate and find the best deal in the makret place to suit your needs

The car I want isn't listed on the website - what do I do ? 

We can still most likely help . Our website showcases most of the deals and offers available but not all manufacturers or models are listed all the time and with our reach across manufacturers, funders and dealers we will always search for the best deal possible on the vehicle of your choice. 

• Looking for a specific model, trim or factory options ?  - we can usually track one down. 
• Looking for a rare or niche vehicle ? - just give us the details we go hunting for you across our network - and if we find out but can't access it we'll even tell you where it is !
